Founder + Director
Kristy is our founder, systems whisperer, and calm-in-the-chaos leader. She steers Virtual Elves across Australia and the Philippines, shaping strategy, delegation frameworks, and high‑trust teams that make scaling feel simple. When she’s not optimising ops or mentoring founders, she’s an ocean lover, Australian football fanatic, wife, proud mum to 2 young adults, and a hospitality-at-heart human who believes great business runs on clarity, kindness, and getting the right people in the right seats.
Vanessa Bond
Virtual CFO
As our Virtual CFO, Vanessa is the numbers ninja behind the scenes—keeping everything balanced, budgets in check, and financial goals on target. When she’s not crunching the numbers, she’s the designated Uber driver to her two teenage girls, navigating the wild world of teenage schedules with the same precision she brings to the ledger. Business, meet family life—both handled with care and a sense of humor!

Head of Client Success
With over a decade of experience in virtual assistance, operations, and marketing, Maria brings a wealth of expertise to the Virtual Elves team. Maria, our Head of Client Success, ensures seamless coordination between clients and virtual assistants, guiding projects from planning to execution with efficiency and care. Cherry’s human resource management experience and business mindset not only help create a supportive environment for our VAs, but also develops a system for a seamless flow of communication and engagement. She is analytical, systematic and loyal. As a natural problem solver and a planner, Cherry loves to travel, turning adventures into relaxing and memorable moments. She also likes to hit the gym and attend group workouts. She loves pizza, ice cream and laughs at the silliest jokes.

Jo is our systems-savvy talent wrangler. Her background in HR and admin wizardry allows her to find the right humans for the right seats. A master of standardising processes and streamlining chaos, Jo blends strategic precision with a knack for human connection. Whether she’s baking brownies, doing mindfulness arts and crafts, or zentangle-doodling , Jo’s brain is always in motion—and her heart’s always in the right place. She brings order to the talent acquisition universe—without ever losing that warm, easygoing charm that makes candidates feel instantly at home, just like a fresh batch of cookies.

Joanna is our Executive Assistant, the calm in the chaos, the one keeping things organised, efficient, and zen, even on the busiest days. She’s the multitasking whiz behind lead generation, outreach, admin, digital marketing, and sales, making sure everything runs like clockwork. She’s happiest when ticking off a to-do list or finding a smarter way to get the job done. When she’s off the clock, she’s all about slow mornings, good coffee, great food, and quality time with family or a feel-good show.
Alora Bradfield
Head of Marketing
Meet Alora — our resident marketing unicorn and creative spark. She heads up our marketing team across Australia and the Philippines, shaping strategy, campaigns and storytelling that bring the Virtual Elves brand to life. When she’s not deep in copy or creative direction, she’s a snowboarder, dog mum, wife, and DIY renovator with a soft spot for cocktails and good food.
Jewel Delgado
SEO and Ads Specialist
With 15 years of digital marketing experience, Jewel is the team’s go-to strategist for all things visibility, engagement, and ROI. She focuses on SEO and Paid Ads to help brands shine online and reach the right audience. She’s also exploring the future of search through AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) because she believes great marketing should speak to humans, search engines, and AI alike. Loida is your friendly numbers whisperer and Finance Assistant for Virtual Elves. She keeps the chaos out of our books so we can focus on running our business. With over 9 years of experience in Xero, payroll, and all things bookkeeping, she makes our numbers behave and reports make sense.
